All wheat planted in Washington totaled 2.30 million acres, down 1% from 2022. Harvested area, at 2.24 million acres, is down 1% from the previous year. Production totaled 113 million bushels, down 21% from 2022. Yield is estimated at 50.5 bushels per acre, down 12.9 bushels from the previous year.
In Idaho, all wheat planted totaled 1.17 million acres, up 1% from 2022. Harvested area, at 1.04 million acres, is down 4% from the previous year. All wheat production totaled 89.1 million bushels, down 5% from the previous year. Yield is estimated at 86.1 bushels per acre, down 0.7 bushels from 2022.
In Oregon, all wheat planted totaled 740,000 acres, up 1% from a year ago. Harvested area, at 725,000 acres, is up 1% from 2022. Production totaled 40.6 million bushels, down 16% from the previous year. Yield is estimated at 56 bushels per acre, down 12 bushels from 2022. In Washington, all wheat
